"As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of paperwork and checklists to go through. Home Insurance was a major requirement for my mortgage and I shopped around and got the best offer from Michael Sauce (State Farm). He was patient and he went through details of what is required for insurance and where I can save money. I appreciated his time and his thoroughness. Even when a last minute issue that could have delayed closing was raised, Michael stepped in immediately (after an early morning urgent call) and within minutes the situation was fixed and we were back on track for closing. I highly recommend him and this office. I got an excellent price for insurance bundle and any first time home buyer will appreciate any sort of savings that comes with great customer service."
